The Kids Play – Terms & Conditions

By booking a visit to The Kids Play (our “play centre” or “we”), you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. They’re here to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. If you don’t accept them, please do not use our website or visit our facilities.

• All visits must be booked online in advance through our official website.
   
• Admission prices are per person and shown clearly when you book. Prices differ for children under 2 years and for children aged 2 years and over.
   
• If you’re booking for one of our special needs or SEND sessions, please make sure you book the right type of session as advertised.
   

• The Kids Play includes a variety of attractions, such as indoor play areas and sensory spaces.
   
• Our facilities are designed for children of all ages, with some areas especially created for sensory play and SEND inclusion.
   
• Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. Play is at your own risk.
   

• For everyone’s safety, please follow all rules and instructions displayed on-site.
   
• We may refuse entry or ask guests to leave if rules are not followed, or if behaviour puts others at risk.
   
• SEND sessions are designed especially for children with additional needs. Please respect the quiet, calm environment provided during these times.
   

• From time to time, we may run promotions such as Saver Days, VIP benefits, slap-bands, or competitions.
   
• Each promotion has its own rules, which must be followed.
   
• Offers may change or end without notice, and unless we say otherwise, promotions cannot be used together.
   

• We do everything we can to provide a safe and fun place to play. However, like all play activities, there are some risks. By visiting, you accept that play is at your own risk.
   
• Parents, guardians, or supervising adults are responsible for the children in their care at all times.
   
• We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you.
   
• Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights or our responsibility if something happens due to our negligence.
